Introducing a new column: Ask our Editor!

Hey NextSteppers!

As we’re getting even closer to the start of school again, (how can that be possible?!) I’ll bet many of you are starting to think about all you have to do to prepare for the upcoming year. If you’re going into college for the first time, that usually means figuring out your roommate assignment, getting the right gear for your dorm and buying books and supplies for your new classes. If you’re going to be a senior in high school, you’re probably thinking about where you want to apply for college, how to apply for financial and figuring out how to stay focused for your last year of high school. And, no matter what year you’re going into, you might even be stressing about what to wear on the first day of school!

That’s a lot of questions to think about and it can be hard to try to figure out the answers on your own. Lucky for you, NextStepU’s editor, Katie Barry is here to help! If you have questions about starting your new year at school – ask! Feel free to leave your questions in the comments below or, if you prefer, e-mail Katie at Editor@NextStepU.com. We might even feature you (and your question) in the magazine!

So, what are your biggest concerns? Are you looking forward to your next year at school? Let us know!
