We wanted to know what a typical college day looked like, so we asked Elizabeth Engasser, a sophomore mass communications/magazine journalism student at the University of South Florida (www.usf.edu).
9:30 A.M.: Wake up.
10: Get dressed, gather up school things.
10:30: Leave for class.
10:45-11:35: First class (Environment).
11:35-12:50 P.M.: Lunch/free-time.
12:50-12:55: Walk to second class.
12:55-1:45: Second class (Latin American Civilization).
1:45-2: Walk to third class.
2-2:50: Third class (Mass Communications and Society).
2:50-5: Study/homework.
5-6:30: The Oracle (School Newspaper) Weekly Staff Meeting.
6:30-6:45: Walk back to dorm.
6:45-7:30: Dinner.
7:30- 12 A.M.: Free-time/homework.
12-2: Relaxation time, get ready for bed.
2: Bed.
