This week we are touring Frostburg State University in Maryland!
Frostburg State University, nestled in the western Maryland mountains, is a four-year, public, liberal arts university with 4,200 undergraduate and 800 graduate students. FSU offers a comprehensive array of programs with an emphasis on arts and humanities, business, education, natural and environmental sciences, human services, and social and behavioral sciences.
Students participate in over 100 student clubs, including academic and community service organizations, Greek life, honor societies, religious and special interest organizations. Students can also participate in a variety of leadership opportunities as well as trying their talent on the campus newspaper, radio station, or theatre productions.
Division III men’s teams include baseball, basketball, cross-country, football, golf, soccer, swimming, tennis, and track and field, while women’s teams include basketball, cross-country, field hockey, golf, lacrosse, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, track and field, and volleyball.
