Centenary College is a four-year independent, coeducational, liberal arts and career studies college located in Hackettstown, NJ. At Centenary, our faculty matches the way they teach to the way each student learns. Each First Year student attends a full-year, student-centered, learning program. Every full-time undergraduate receives a laptop computer, offering the opportunity to engage in a uniquely connected on-campus educational experience.
Centenary provides a number of academic success services, health and counseling services, campus-wide security, outstanding dining, comfortable residences and dorms, career services, intramural sports, social activities, clubs, sororities and fraternities, community service projects, academic organizations, and special campus events. We are committed to providing opportunities for you to meet people, make friends, get involved, be successful, and have fun!
Centenary students enjoy a full range of extracurricular activities including 14 NCAA Division III intercollegiate varsity athletic teams for both men and women. There are also a variety of seasonal intramural activities.
Centenary disbursed more than $11 million of financial aid to eligible students during 2007-2008 with about 85% of students receiving some form of assistance.
