We are excited to announce the 18 finalists in the 2014 Super Teens contest. One of these 18 finalists will have the most votes and then be awarded a $1,000 scholarship for college expenses.

• Matthew Yeung (California)
• Vivian Yu (Massachusetts)
These students were chosen as finalists after submitting applications through NextStepU.com’s website. They were asked to answer six questions about their school success, outside activities, challenges, achievements and plans after graduation. Hundreds of students applied, and these 18 students stood out from the pack for their exemplary grades, volunteering initiatives and ambitious plans after graduating from high school.
