The Healers Trilogy is hosting a $25,000 Fight For Teen Literacy reading contest for 6th through 12th graders. Six winners will receive money for themselves and their school / library, as well as a visit from Healers Trilogy author Donna Labermeier.
To enter the contest, you will need to read the book (free to those who enter) and then use art, song, writing, speech, film, or drama to enter the contest and answer the question, “What super powers would you like to posses and how would you use them to improve your community and the world?”
The trilogy includes teen-relevant messages about anti-bullying, helping others and trusting in yourself, all in a fun, sci-fi adventure that reads like an action movie.
